Lemon Filling

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 6
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon 1 1⁄2 , juiced
  Lemons 2 , rind grated
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix together in top of double boiler; cook over boiling water until right consistency to spread.
