Best Pound Cake
|Liquid butter buds/Promise ultra fat-free margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar/1 1/2 cups sugar + 12 packets sweet 'n low||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Self-rising flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Blend together with hand mixer, Liquid Butter Buds, sugar, Egg Beaters, and vanilla.
Alternate adding a little flour, and then a little milk.
Keep alternating until you have added all the flour and milk.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold egg whites into cake mixture.
Bake at 325°F.for 45 minutes to one hour in a bundt pan sprayed with non-fat cooking spray.
