Quick Chocolate Snack Cake
|Flour||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Sugar/1/2 cup sugar + 6 packets sweet 'n low||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cocoa||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Corn starch||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lite salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Corn syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fat free fudge topping||8 Tablespoon (1/3 Jar, Braum'S Or Smucker'S)|
Spray a 9-inch square baking pan or casserole dish with a low-fat cooking spray.
In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
In a medium bowl, using a fork or wire whisk, mix Egg Beaters, water, and corn syrup.
Add to flour mixture; stir until smooth.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake in a 350°F. oven 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack.
Spread fudge topping on top.
This method is a little sweeter and darker
