Green Corn Cakes

Ingredients
  Sweet corn 8
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  All purpose flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Score and scrape corn from cobs.
Combine remaining ingredients and mix with corn.
Drop by double tablespoonfuls onto hot greased skillet.
Brown both sides.
Serve at once.
