Self raising flour
1 Tablespoon (Leveled)
Golden crust sugar
10 Gram, whipped
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
2 Cup (32 tbs)
1)Sift flour and baking powder. Add golden crust sugar, vegetable fat and 2 eggs. Mix those ingredients well.
2)Take a little bit of instant espresso coffee mixed in hot water. Add to the cake batter. Add chopped walnuts.
Mix them together.
3)Put half of the batter in 1 baking tin and rest in another baking tin. Give the dish a little tap to even the surface of the batter.
4)Bake them in 170 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes. Take some mascarpone in a bowl, add a little sugar and some coffee powder. Whisk them together.
5)When the cake is done, bring it out of the oven and check if its done.
6)Flip the tin over a rack to take out the cake. Peel the paper from the cake and let it cook.
7)When both the cake pieces are cooled completely, spread half of the whipped topping over on piece and put the second piece over it.
8)Spread rest of the topping over the top of the cake. Decorate with some chopped walnuts.
