Caramel Icing For Banana Cake

Ingredients
  Granulated sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Brown sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook sugar and cream together until it forms soft ball when dropped in cold water, remove from stove, add butter, and beat well before spreading on cake.
This cake keeps moist for several days.
