Quick Cocoa Cake
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Salad oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cocoa fluff topping/Chocolate crunch topping||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)|
Heat oven to 350°.
Grease square pan, 9X9X2 inches.
Measure all ingredients except topping into large mixer bowl.
Blend 1/2 minute on low speed, scraping bowl constantly.
Beat 1 minute on high speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.
