Sally White Cake

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Pound
  Sugar 1 1⁄4 Pound
  Flour 1 Pound
  Eggs 12 , beaten separately
  Coconuts 2 , grated
  Citron 3 Pound, chopped
  Shelled almonds 1 Pound, cut into small pieces
  Nutmeg 1
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Mace 1 Teaspoon
  Brandy/Wine 4 Ounce (1 Wine Glass)
Directions

Cream butter and gradually add sugar.
Beat eggs separately.
Add egg yolks to sugar and butter; add whites well beaten.
Then add brandy.
Mix flour with fruits and add last.
