|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Or To Taste)|
|Dry white wine||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Melted margarine/Butter||4 Tablespoon (To Brush Kabobs And Grills)|
To make the sauce, place ingredients in a saucepan.
Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Place cake and each type of fruit in a separate bowl.
Have your guests thread their own skewers and then brush them lightly with melted margarine.
Preheat the grill.
Kabobs should be grilled over ashen coals for about 4 to 6 minutes, turning frequently.
