Muffin Mix Griddle Cakes
|Blueberry muffin mix||13 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Honey||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|

Combine muffin mix, beaten eggs, and 1/3 to 2/3 cup water (use 2/3 cup water for thick pancakes, 2/3 cup for thin).
Beat till smooth; stir in oil.
Fold in blueberries.
Preheat lightly greased heavy skillet or griddle over hot coals for 2 to 3 minutes.
For each cake, spread 1 tablespoon batter on prepared skillet or griddle.
