Single Layer Chocolate Cake
|Cake mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cocoa||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Confectioner’s sugar||1 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Combine mix, cocoa, and egg with 3/4 cup water at low speed of electric mixer until well blended.
Continue beating at highest speed an additional 4 minutes.
Add vanilla and stir to blend.
Pour into a greased and floured 8-inch round cake pan and bake until cake tests done, about 25 minutes.
Decorate with fruit and sauce and serve.
