Short Cake Biscuits
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Sodium bicarbonate||2 Pinch|
|Powdered sugar||5 Tablespoon|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Sift together flour, salt, baking powder, soda and sugar.
Rub in butter.
Add enough milk to make a stiff dough.
Divide into two portions.
Roll out each portion on a lightly floured board or between two polythene sheets to 1/8 inch thickness.
Cut into desired shapes.
Arrange the biscuits on a greased baking sheet.
Bake in 180°C oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
