Frosted Applesauce Cake

Ingredients
  Unsweetened thick apple sauce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter/Other shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Bram's)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cloves 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soda 2 Teaspoon
  Nut meats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

Put shortening, sugar, and raisins into hot apple sauce.
When cool, add spices, salt, flour, and soda.
Mix, then add chopped nuts.
Turn into greased bread pan (loaf) for loaf cake or 9" x 9" cake pan and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
