Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Shortening 6 Tablespoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a bowl.
Add shortening and cut in finely with a pastry blender or 2 knives.
Add milk and stir just until blended (dough should be soft and puffy).
Round up dough and knead gently on
