Chocolate Cake Filling
|Sifted powdered sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Whole eggs/4 egg yolks||2|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unsweetened bakers chocolate square||4 , melted|
Cream butter thoroughly, gradually add sugar, and cream together well.
Add eggs, milk, vanilla, and chocolate.
Place bowl in pan of cracked ice or iced water and beat until of right consistency to spread about 3 minutes.
Will fill and cover 2 8-inch cake layers.
