Moravian White Christmas Cakes
|Granulated sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sweet cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Nutmeg||1 Teaspoon (Generously)|
|Soda||1 Teaspoon, dissolved in hot water|
|Water||2 Teaspoon (For Dissolving Soda)|
|Flour||300 Gram (Enough To Make A Stiff Dough)|
Cream butter with sugar, add eggs, cream, soda, and flour.
Add nutmeg and vanilla.
Make into roll, keep in icebox for several days and roll very thin.
Cut into cookies, bake.
