Moravian White Christmas Cakes

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Pound
  Granulated sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Eggs 5
  Sweet cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon (Generously)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon, dissolved in hot water
  Water 2 Teaspoon (For Dissolving Soda)
  Flour 300 Gram (Enough To Make A Stiff Dough)
Directions

Cream butter with sugar, add eggs, cream, soda, and flour.
Add nutmeg and vanilla.
Make into roll, keep in icebox for several days and roll very thin.
Cut into cookies, bake.
