Peanut Honey Coffee Cake
|Packaged biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Creamy peanut butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Packaged biscuit mix||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped peanuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Creamy peanut butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Stir to combine thoroughly the first 2 ingredients; add egg and milk.
Blend in honey and the 1/4 cup peanut butter (mixture will not be smooth).
Turn into greased 9x9x2-inch baking pan.
Combine remaining ingredients till crumbly; sprinkle atop batter.
Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares.
