|Chopped nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Yellow cake mix||300 Gram|
|Vanilla pudding||250 Gram|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Drak rum||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (preferably Bacardi)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Pound (1 stick)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Rum||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Sprinkle bottom of a greased 10 inch tube pan with the nuts.Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the nuts. Bake at 325 for about 1 hour.Cool for 5 minutes then invert onto cake rack.When cake is cool, poke holes all the way through with a long tined fork.Pour glaze over cake.
Boil the butter, water and sugar for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool, then add the rum.Glaze will be a little runny.
