Apple Sundae Cake

  Nonfat frozen yogurt 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs) (Soft)
  Apple pie spice 1 Teaspoon, divided
  Baking apple 1 Medium, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
  Pear 1 Medium, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unsweetened apple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar/1 tablespoon sugar plus 1 1/2 packets sweet 'n low 2 Tablespoon
  Egg beaters 1
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Lite salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Packed brown sugar/2 tablespoon brown sugar plus 1/2 teaspoon sweet 'n low brown 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grape nuts cereal 2 Tablespoon
  Raisins 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Combine frozen yogurt and 1/2 pie spice in a medium bowl.
Freeze until firm.
Arrange apple and pear slices in the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and set aside.
Combine flour and next 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Beat at high speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
Spoon batter over fruit slices.
Combine brown sugar, Grape-Nuts, raisins, and remaining 1/2 pie spice in a small bowl.
Sprinkle over batter.
Pour boiling water over batter in a slow, steady stream.
Bake at 375°F. for 30 minutes.
Let cool 10 minutes.
Cut into 3-inch squares.
Place on individual plates and top with 1/4 cup frozen yogurt mixture.
