Chocolate Mousse Log Cake

Ingredients
For vanilla sponge cake
  Eggs 5
  Sugar 220 Gram
  White flour 220 Gram
For chocolate mousse
  Dark chocolate 300 Gram, chopped
  Milk 100 Gram
  Cocoa powder 20 Gram
  Whipping cream 200 Gram
  Egg yolks 2
Directions

Vanilla sponge cake Whip sugar and eggs by hand, or in a blender and mix well until it foams.
Add a little flour to this mixture while stirring with a spatula.
Then pour a thin layer of about 0.5 cm into a large baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in the oven at a temperature of 210°C for 15 minutes.
Leav it to cool and cover with a damp cloth to keep it soft.
Chocolate mousse Boil milk, add the chopped chocolate and stir well until it becomes smooth.
Leave to cool.
Beat the egg yolks and stir gently into the above mixture.
Add cocoa powder little by little.
Finish by carefully adding the whipped cream
