Reaves's White Fruit Cake
|Flour||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Rose water||1 Teaspoon, extract|
Cream well the butter and sugar.
Break in 1 egg at a time, beating after each egg.
Sift together flour and baking powder and add alternately with orange juice.
Add the flavoring.
Then add the following fruits which have been dredged with 1 extra cup of flour:
