Huckleberry Cake

Ingredients
  Cake flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoon)
  Egg 1
  Margarine 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Huckleberries 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Almond extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Sift together dry ingredients.
Beat together milk, egg, margarine and almond extract.
Stir milk mixture into dry ingredients until all dry particles are just moistened.
Stir in berries.
Pour into 8 x 8" cake pan and bake 375°F.50 minutes.
Cut into squares when cool.
