So Good Chocolate Tube Cake
|Chocolate cake mix||18 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Chocolate instant pudding||1 (1 Package)|
|Ground cloves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shiny chocolate glaze||6 Tablespoon|
1. Combine cake mix, chocolate pudding mix, cloves, eggs, oil and water in the large bowl of electric mixer.
2. Beat at low speed to blend; increase speed to medium; beat 2 minutes, or until batter is thick and creamy; fold in nuts. Pour into a well greased and floured 12-cup fluted tube pan or a greased and floured 9-inch angel cake tube pan.
3. Bake in moderate oven (350°) 50 minutes, or until top springs back when lightly touched with fingertip. Cool in pan on wire rack 15 minutes loosen around edge and tube with a narrow spatula; invert onto wire rack; cool completely.
4. Pliace on serving plate; top with SHINV CHOCOLATE GLAZE.
