Quick Apple Coffee Cake
|Biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped peeled apples||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), firmly packed|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Biscuit mix||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cold butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped peeled apples||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine sugar, 2 c. biscuit mix, egg, milk and apples; beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
Spread batter in greased 9" round baking pan.
Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and 1/3 c.biscuit mix.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle over batter.
Bake in 400° oven 25 minutes or until golden brown
