Apple Butter Bundt Cake
|Yellow cake mix packet||1|
|Nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finley chopped|
|Apple||1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Apple butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Brown sugar||2 Teaspoon|
|Powdered sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Apple butter||3 Teaspoon|
Blend all cake ingredients and beat for 2 minutes.
Pour 1/3 of batter in prepared bundt pan; sprinkle with 1/2 the filling; and repeat these two layers.
Cover with remaining batter.
Bake at 325 degrees, 50-55minutes.
Cool in pan and invert on serving plate.
Spoon glaze over cake.
