Pinwheel Cake And Cream
|Jell-o vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling/Jell-o french vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package, Jell-O Brand, French Vanilla Flavor Can Either Be Used)|
|Cold milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Thawed cool whip whipped topping||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated orange rind||1 Teaspoon|
|Peach/Nectarine||1 Small, cut into bite-size pieces|
|Pound cake loaf||12 Ounce, cut into slices|
|Summer fruit||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
PREPARE pudding mix with milk as directed on package.
Let stand 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Fold in whipped topping, orange rind and peach.
ARRANGE pound cake slices on serving plate.
Spoon pudding mixture evenly over center of cake slices.
Arrange fruit in pudding mixture.
Chill until ready to serve.
