Peachy Snack Cake
|Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Raisin bran cereal||3 Cup (48 tbs), divided|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned sliced cling peaches||16 Ounce, cut into bite size pieces (1 Can)|
In small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons margarine, brown sugar and 1 1/2 cups cereal; set aside.
Combine flour, salt, baking powder and spices; set aside.
In medium-size bowl, beat together 1/4 cup margarine, granulated sugar and eggs until well combined.
Stir in peaches.
Add flour mixture and remaining 1 1/2 cups cereal, stirring until combined.
Spread evenly in greased 9-inch square baking pan.
Sprinkle with prepared topping.
Bake in 350Â°F oven about 30 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
