Peachy Snack Cake

Ingredients
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Raisin bran cereal 3 Cup (48 tbs), divided
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Canned sliced cling peaches 16 Ounce, cut into bite size pieces (1 Can)
Directions

In small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons margarine, brown sugar and 1 1/2 cups cereal; set aside.
Combine flour, salt, baking powder and spices; set aside.
In medium-size bowl, beat together 1/4 cup margarine, granulated sugar and eggs until well combined.
Stir in peaches.
Add flour mixture and remaining 1 1/2 cups cereal, stirring until combined.
Spread evenly in greased 9-inch square baking pan.
Sprinkle with prepared topping.
Bake in 350°F oven about 30 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
