Banana Nut Cake

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), replacing
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Banana 1 Medium, mashed
  Walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Use 8 x 8 x 2-inch cake pan with nonstick finish if possible; otherwise, lightly grease and flour one 8-inch square cake pan.
2. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, sugar replacement, baking powder and baking soda. Add eggs, oil and banana; using electric mixer at medium speed, beat until smooth. Stir in chopped walnuts.
3. Pour mixture into prepared pan; bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan on wire rack for 5 minutes; remove from pan to wire rack and cool completely.
