Individual Molten Chocolate Lava Cakes
|Semi sweet baking chocolate square/2 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips||2|
|Confectioners sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Place butter and chocolate in microwave-safe bowl to melt on high for 1 minute.
Whisk melted butter and chocolate until smooth and all melted.
Add sugar and whisk until smooth.
Add eggs and whisk until smooth.
Add flour and whisk until smooth.
Place four disposable aluminum muffin cups on cookie sheet.
Equally divide mixture to fill muffin cups half full.
Bake for a scant 11 minutes.
Remove from oven to cool scant one minute.
Centers should be gooey and hot like lava.
Place muffin cups on dessert plates with small scoop of vanilla ice cream and serve immediately.
