Chocolate Cake With Fudge Icing
|Chocolate cake mix||18 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package, 2 Layer)|
|Fudge icing||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Ingredients As Called For On Cake Package)|
1. Prepare cake mix, as directed on package, in a large heat-resistant non-metallic mixing bowl.
2. Press a glass, right-side-up, through batter to form a tube shape.
3 Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 8 to 9 (10 to 11 1/2) minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted in
the center comes out clean and batter around glass no longer looks doughy.
4 Let cool 30 minutes.
5. Remove glass by twisting slightly and invert cake onto serving plate. While cake is cooling, prepare Fudge Icing.
