Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), warmed
  Eggs 2
  Whole wheat pastry flour 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat flour 2 Tablespoon
  Nuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), broken
Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F.and grease a 9 x 9-inch cake pan.
Cream butter, add honey and eggs, and beat well.
Add flour, soda, sour cream, and vanilla.
Mix thoroughly.
In a small bowl, combine honey, cinnamon, flour, and nuts.
Pour one-half the cake batter into prepared pan.
Cover with half the honey-cinnamon mixture, then add remaining batter.
Top with remaining honey-cinnamon mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
