Three Minute Delicate Poppy Cake
|All purpose flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Evaporated milk||14 Ounce|
Mix all ingredients until smooth.
Add 3/4 cup or 1 (6 ounce) can poppy seed filling and 1 cup chopped nuts.
Beat well on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into 10 inch tube pan.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Cool cake before removing from pan.
Equally delicious with prune or date filling.
