Ingredients
  Potatoes 2 Large, peeled, washed and grated
  Self-rising flour 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Egg 1
  Water 1 Tablespoon (To Mix)
  Oil 3 Tablespoon (For Shallow-Frying)
  Cooked bacon strip 3
  Cooked bacon strips 4
  Tomato sauce/Catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (To Serve)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon (For Shallow Frying)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, place grated potatoes.
2 Add flour, egg and sufficient water to bind together.
3 In a pan, heat oil.
4 Drop tablespoonfuls (15 ml) of mixture into the pan.
5 Flatten with the back of a spatula.
6 Cook both sides until golden.
7 Drain on paper towels.

SERVING
8 Serve hot.
