Double Chocolate Snacking Cake

Ingredients
  Eggs 2 Large
  Light sour cream/Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  Finely shredded zucchini 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Cocoa powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Semi-sweet chocolate chips 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

1. In a large bowl, beat eggs; beat in sour cream, oil and vanilla. Stir in shredded zucchini.
2. In another bowl, sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir into creamed mixture until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
3. Spread batter evenly in pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand on rack for 15 minutes to cool. Spread glaze over warm cake; let cool completely.
