Luscious Lemon Coffee Cake
|Chopped walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||2 Teaspoon|
|Yellow cake mix||18 1⁄4 Ounce (Without Pudding, 1 Package)|
|Instant lemon pudding mix||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sour cream||8 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Eggs||4 , beaten|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine topping ingredients and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine cake and pudding mixes, sour cream, eggs and oil.
Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour half into a greased 13-in.x 9-in.x 2-in.baking pan.
Sprinkle half of the topping over batter.
Spoon remaining batter over topping and spread evenly.
Sprinkle with remaining topping.
Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until cake tests done.
