Microwaved Streusel Coffee Cake
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Almond extract/Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Streusel topping||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Place butter in large mixing bowl.
If necessary, Microwave 20 seconds on medium to soften.
Cream sugar with butter until fluffy.
Beat in eggs and almond extract.
Stir in flour, baking power, salt and milk Pour all coffee cake mixture in pan.
Microwave 5 minutes on high.
Then sprinkle on streusel topping and Microwave 3 to 4 minutes on high or untl wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
