Orange Kiss Me Cake

  All purpose flour/Unbleached flour 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Pillsbury's Best)
  Orange 1
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Walnuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Finely chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange slices 4 (For Garnish)

Heat oven to 350F. (325°F. for glass pan).
Grease (not oil) and flour 13 X 9-inch pan.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
Squeeze orange; reserve 1/3 cup juice.
Grind orange peel and pulp, raisins and 1/3 cup walnuts together.
Set aside.
In large bowl, blend flour, sugar, soda, salt, milk, shortening and eggs.
Beat for 3 minutes at medium speed.
Stir in orange-raisin mixture.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
