Sour Cream Spice Cake

Ingredients
  Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Granulated brown sugar 3 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1 Teaspoon, ground
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
Directions

Cream together margarine and brown sugar replacement; add eggs, beating well.
Beat in cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in sifter, and beat into creamed mixture alternately with water.
Stir in sour cream, raisins and walnuts.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 in. (33 x 23 cm) baking pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 35 minutes, or until done.
