Lemony Angel Food
|Angle food cake||1⁄2 , cut in 6 pieces|
|Sugar free lemon pudding mix||200 Gram|
|Water/Skim milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Recipe)|
|Frozen low fat nondairy whipped topping||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cut each of the six pieces of cake into chunks and arrange them in six serving dishes.
Mix the lemon pudding, made with water or skim milk, with the lemonjuice and spoon over the angel food cake.
Drizzle Lemon Sauce over the mixture.
Top with a dollop of white topping, if desired.
