Black Cherry Upside Down Cake
|Liquid fructose||2 Teaspoon|
|Dark cherries||2 Cup (32 tbs), frozen (Flavorland)|
|Chopped pecans||2 Teaspoon|
|Sugar free chocolate cake mix||8 Ounce (Feather light)|
Melt margarine in an 8 in. (20 cm) round cake pan or skillet.
Add liquid fructose and stir until mixed.
Add cherries and pecans.
Prepare cake mix as directed oh package.
Pour batter over cherries.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes or until tester inserted in middle comes out clean.
Turn cake over onto a dessert tray or platter.
