|Sugar free chocolate cake mix||8 Ounce|
|Unsweetened cocoa powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Spiced tomato vegetable juice||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Combine cake mix, cocoa, and egg white in a mixing bowl.
Add vegetable juice.
Stir to mix.
Beat on high 5 to 6 minutes more or until batter is thick and very creamy.
Transfer to a greased and floured 8 in.
round cake pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes in the pan.
Turn cake out onto a serving plate.
