Ingredients
  9 inch pie crust 1 (Basic Pressed, Prepared In Advance But Not Baked)
  Basic carob syrup 3 Tablespoon
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), warmed
  Molasses 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Honey 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Buttermilk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat pastry flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 375° F.In small saucepan, mix carob syrup, honey, molasses, and water.
Place over low heat and stir until well blended.
Cool.
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs.
Add honey, buttermilk, and butter.
Combine flour and soda, add to batter.
Pour cooled carob mixture into pie shell and drop batter by heaping table-spoonfuls on top.
Bake in preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
