Most Wonderful Pound Cake
|Unsalted butter stick||3|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Cream butter and cream cheese together.
Add sugar and beat until creamy.
Add eggs, 1 at a time.
Add salt and flour; mix slowly.
Pour in greased and floured pan.
A Bundt pan works okay but this cake comes out wonderfully in an oblong 16 x 5 x 5-inch pan.
Bake in a preheated 325° oven for 1 hour and 45 minutes
