Sour Cream Chocolate Cake
|Bitter chocolate||4 Ounce|
|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs) (sifted)|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
Melt chocolate with hot water over low heat.
Cream eggs and sugar thoroughly.
Add sour cream, and mix.
Add flour, soda and salt.
Combine chocolate mixture with egg mixture.
Pour into two 8-inch, greased and floured cake pans.
Place in cold oven.
Set oven at 300°, and bake for 30-35 minutes; or cake may be baked 50-60 minutes in 9x13-inch pan.
Cool and ice.
