Mix Ln The Pan Cake

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Strained sweet potatoes baby food 4 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Jar Or1/2 Cup)
  Canned crushed pineapple 8 3⁄4 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Melt butter in 9-inch square pan.
Remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients except sour cream.
Mix with fork until smooth and well blended.
Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool.
Top with sour cream; sprinkle lightly with additional cinnamon.
Keep refrigerated.
