Hershey Cake With Buttermilk
|Hershey's bar||5 Cup (80 tbs) (4 Bar)|
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Buttermilk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Hershey syrup||5 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Melt Hershey bars over very low heat.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, 1 at a time, and beat after each addition.
Add Hershey bars.
Add buttermilk, mixed with soda, and dry ingredients alternately, then add syrup; stir in vanilla and beat well.
Stir in pecans, and pour into greased and floured tube or bundt pan.
Bake at 325° for 1 3/4 hours.
