Little Corn Cakes

Ingredients
  White corn meal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Milk 500 Milliliter
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Scald corn meal and butter by pouring boiling water over it.
Add salt and sugar.
Break eggs into mixture and beat.
Add enough milk to make batter very soft.
Add baking powder.
Drop by tablespoons into buttered frying pan to make each small corn cake.
