7 Up Pound Cake
|Butter||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Lemon extract||2 Tablespoon|
|7 up||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Cream sugar and butter together; beat until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Add lemon extract and 7-Up.
Pour batter into well-greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 325° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
