|Brown sugar||1 Pound (1 Box)|
|Flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Eggs||4 , beaten|
|Pecans||2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped|
Mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg, and add to eggs.
Mix thoroughly, and add vanilla and pecans.
Place in oblong cake pan in a 325°-350° oven and bake for 45 minutes.
Cool, then cut into squares.
The squares may be rolled in powdered sugar.
Decorate with half a maraschino cherry on each square.
