Applesauce Cake Roll

Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Granulated sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Applesauce 1 Ounce, can
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Powdered sugar 1
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Walnuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
Directions

Beat eggs till thick; gradually add granulated sugar, beating well.
Add 1/2 cup of the applesauce.
Stir together flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, salt, and cloves.
Fold into egg mixture.
Spread in greased and lightly floured 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Immediately turn out onto towel sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Roll up.
Let cool on rack.
Whip cream till soft peaks form.
Fold in remaining applesauce and nuts.
Unroll cake; spread with applesauce mixture.
